Usage Pricing

Understand how WhatsApp messaging, Twilio voice & SMS, and platform subscriptions are billed. Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

1. Platform Subscription

WACRM offers tiered subscription plans. Each plan determines the number of team members, contacts, campaigns, and features available to your organization.

Billing Cycle: All paid plans are billed monthly, starting from the date of subscription.
Payment Method: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
Taxes: All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (18%). Tax-compliant invoices are generated automatically.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

2. WhatsApp Messaging Costs

WhatsApp Business API messaging is billed separately by Meta. WACRM does not charge any additional markup on WhatsApp message costs.

How WhatsApp Pricing Works

Meta charges per conversation (24-hour message window), not per message. Rates vary by country and conversation category (utility, authentication, marketing, service). First 1,000 service conversations per month are free.

Marketing conversations: highest rate (~₹0.80/conversation in India)
Utility conversations: moderate rate (~₹0.30/conversation in India)
Authentication conversations: ~₹0.25/conversation in India
Service conversations: lowest rate, first 1,000/month free

3. Twilio Voice & SMS Costs

Voice calling and SMS features are powered by Twilio and billed at Twilio's standard rates. WACRM does not add any markup on Twilio costs.

Voice Calls (India): Outbound: ~₹0.50/min · Inbound: ~₹0.30/min · Phone number: ~₹100/month
SMS (India): Outbound: ~₹0.15/SMS · Inbound: ~₹0.05/SMS
International: Rates vary by country. See Twilio pricing for details.

4. Invoicing & Billing Information

You can manage your billing information from within the WACRM dashboard under Settings → Billing.

Tax-compliant invoices are generated automatically after each payment
You must provide accurate GST/PAN information for tax compliance
Invoices are available for download in the Billing section
For billing disputes, contact accounts@asrsbot.com within 30 days of the charge

Important Notice

WhatsApp and Twilio usage charges are billed separately from your WACRM subscription.
You are responsible for monitoring your own WhatsApp and Twilio usage and costs.
WACRM is not liable for charges incurred through Meta or Twilio platforms.
