By accessing and using WACRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WACRM ("the Service"), operated by ASRSBot Technology ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and any other individuals who access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid business name, your name, email address, and a secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@asrsbot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each registration creates a separate tenant workspace. You are the designated Super Administrator of your tenant.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription plans with varying features, limits, and pricing.

Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features. No credit card required.

Paid Plans: Billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

✕Use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam) via WhatsApp

✕Violate WhatsApp Business API policies or terms of service

✕Use Twilio-powered voice or SMS features for unsolicited robocalls or spam

✕Abuse AI-powered features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

✕Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

✕Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent

✕Copy, reproduce, clone, or reverse-engineer the application logic or UI design

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including customer information, conversations, and business data. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Each tenant's data is logically isolated. Tenant administrators can export or delete their data at any time.

6. WhatsApp Integration

The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business API. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's terms of service, business policies, and messaging guidelines. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

You must obtain and configure your own WhatsApp Business API credentials.

7. Twilio Integration (Voice & SMS)

The Service integrates with Twilio's API for voice calling, SMS messaging, and phone number management. You are responsible for complying with Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable telecommunications regulations.

You must ensure that all outbound calls and SMS messages comply with local do-not-call (DNC) registries and opt-in/consent requirements.

8. AI Integration (Google Gemini & Microsoft Copilot)

The Service offers optional AI-powered features powered by Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot.

✓Conversation context may be sent to Google's and/or Microsoft's API for processing

✓AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate

✓You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use

✓AI features are subject to the respective providers' terms of service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service — including source code, UI design, workflows, algorithms, API structures, database schemas, documentation, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of ASRSBot Technology (CIN: U72500UP2019OPC118905). All rights are reserved.

The domain names asrsbot.com and asrsbot.in are owned by ASRSBot Technology.

✕Copy, reproduce, clone, or imitate the application logic, UI design, or workflows

✕Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

✕Create derivative works or competing products based on the Service

✕Scrape, crawl, or extract the design, layout, or functionality of the Service

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable intellectual property laws of India.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ASRSBot Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
